• We will accept all authorized returns
  
• Once approved we will generate the FREE UPS prepaid label, we will email you with the label attached.
• Just print the label, attach it to any box/package and return the items.
  
• Once we receive the items back we will process the return and refund the balance back to your account.
• Please note free return labels are available for items being shipped within 48 continental states only.
• Please contact us here trends@owstylez.com.com to receive an RMA# for your return.
• Please include your Order#, items returning, and the reason for the return.  
• Important Notice: Only US orders are eligible for outward styles return services, we are not accepting returns for orders that are shipped to customers outside the US at this time.
• Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.  
• Please allow Outward styles 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
• Outward styles will email you after return has been processed to confirm what has been done.

Outward Styles  will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.     Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
